Allaround Propane is now offering a new payment option- The Affordable Payment Plan.
What is the Affordable Payment Plan?
The Affordable Payment Plan offers customers the ability to pay for their propane with monthly payments. Customers that choose the Affordable Payment Plan get a personalized payment agreement according to their yearly propane usage*. Our staff will carefully analyze customers’ accounts to get a better idea of how much propane is used per year and how much that amount costs each customer. That total amount will then be paid equally over the course of one year. Customers must sign a contract agreeing to this payment plan and by doing so agrees to pay the minimum amount due every month.
How does this payment plan benefit me as a customer?
With the Affordable Payment Plan, customers will be given their propane when a delivery is requested (by the customer) without having to worry about paying hundreds of dollars at the time of service. This program helps our budget conscious customers to spread a big utility expense into a years’ worth of minimum payments.
What are the prices?
With this payment plan customers are not getting a set price. Propane prices are ever-changing, typically higher in the winter and lower in the summer, which may alter your payments depending on when you order your propane! Our friendly staff would be more than happy to help our customers know when the best time to order is- just call or stop by the office.
What if I am a new customer?
New Customers will have the option to be put on this program simply by bringing in a year statement of propane usage from their previous propane company. This will allow our staff to carefully examine this usage and determine the best payment options for our customers.
What if I miss a monthly payment?
Each customer will have a set “Due Date”, either on the 10th or 25th of each month, that they must pay their minimum payment by. Failure to do so will result in termination of program involvement, and the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of notice. If no payment is made within the allotted 30 days, we reserve the right to “pump out” the remaining unpaid propane (an addition cost of $85).
*Example of someone on the Affordable Payment Plan- John Doe uses 200 gallons of propane each year- about $478.00 worth. With the Affordable Payment Plan John’s minimum payment would be $40 for 12 months: a total of $480 and his choice of one or two deliveries that year!
